Shuffle.us (the “Company” “we” “us” or “our”) is committed to promoting and ensuring responsible gameplay as a policy of customer care and social responsibility. We believe it is our shared responsibility with you, our users, to ensure that you enjoy your experience on our platform while remaining fully aware of the potential risks that can be associated with online gameplay if you don't remain in control.

This Responsible Social Play Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Munyon Canyon Ltd. Terms and Conditions. Terms that are defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy. We may update this Policy at any time. You can find the date of the last update at the top of the policy. Any amendments will be published on the platform and such changes will be binding and effective immediately. Whenever we amend this Policy in a way that would limit your current rights or which may be detrimental, we will notify you upon your next login to the platform. If you do not agree to the amended Policy, you must stop using the platform.

In this Policy, we offer a comprehensive set of control tools designed to ensure your gaming experience remains enjoyable and under control. 

Customer Care Principles

At Shuffle.us, we strive to provide a safe environment for our players. We actively encourage and promote responsible gameplay practices and provide tools to assist our users in maintaining control of their gameplay.

Self-Exclusion Options/Tools

The Company provides its customers with accessible tools and resources to assist in the management of responsible gameplay.

You can self-exclude your account by using the Self-exclusion tool on your Shuffle Wise dashboard. Please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] if you need assistance with making a self-exclusion request, or if you have any questions regarding the cool-off process described below. The support team will promptly respond and take all measures, as applicable, to block access to the customer’s account and to ensure the customer does not receive promotional materials during the period of self-exclusion. 

Upon receipt of your Self-exclusion request, you will be placed on a 24-hour cooldown, during which you will not be allowed to play; you will be restricted from making deposits into your account; and will be excluded from receiving all promotional offers from Shuffle.us. However, you  may still withdraw the funds that remain in your  account

After the cooldown period, you will be notified by email to extend your self-exclusion period via your account settings dashboard. If you do not extend the self-exclusion period within 24 hours of receipt of the email, your account will be unrestricted.

If you choose self-exclusion, we will remove you from our marketing databases; however, we also suggest that you remove Shuffle.us from your notifications and delete or uninstall all Shuffle apps, downloads and social media links.

If you are concerned about your gaming activity and believe it has affected your personal wellbeing negatively (emotional, financial, physical, mental, etc.), please consider entering a Self-exclusion.

Shuffle.us is committed to providing its customers with an enjoyable and safe free & social gaming experience. 

If you choose to enter a self-exclusion after your 24 hour cooldown, your account with Shuffle.us will be self-excluded immediately for the chosen period:

  • 1 week

  • 1 month

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

  • 3 years

  • 5 years

  • 10 years

  • Permanent

When you self-exclude your account, this means that you will not be able to login, play, or redeem prizes. Otherwise stated, during the self-exclusion period, customers will be unable to access their account and will be unsubscribed from receiving any marketing or promotional materials. 

Please note that you will not be eligible to re-open your account until the chosen self-exclusion period has expired. When a defined Self-Exclusion period is chosen, the customer’s account will automatically reactivate once the chosen period has elapsed.

During the self-exclusion period:

  • Purchases will not be permitted (i.e., customers are unable to deposit funds into their account)

  • You will be unsubscribed from all marketing material

  • You can make withdrawals of any eligible balance remaining in your account.

IMPORTANT: Shuffle Cash expires after 60 days. We strongly recommend you redeem any redeemable balance in your account before setting a self-exclusion on your account. If your account has been verified, we will use reasonable endeavours to arrange for any Shuffle Cash remaining in your account that have met our playthrough requirements and minimum redemption threshold to be redeemed.  

Permanent Self-Exclusion/Account Closure

Customers who wish to close their account may request a Permanent Self-Exclusion. This means that the customer’s account will remain closed forever. Shuffle.us provides the option upon request via the ShuffleWise page, following which we will ensure that your account remains closed permanently. 

A permanent closure is irreversible and the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. You will be required to provide a “confirmation of understanding” to permanently close your account. If you do not provide a ‘confirmation of understanding' and the reason for closure is related to issues with gameplay control, an indefinite self-exclusion will be applied. 

Once the customer has selected Permanent Self-Exclusion, he or she will not be able to re-open or access the account. This means that the customer will not be able to access any remaining balance in their account and will not be able to withdraw any funds from their account on their own. 

After selecting Permanent Self-Exclusion, the customer may contact customer support via email at [email protected] to withdraw the remaining balance from their account. The customer support team will process this request promptly and provide the remaining funds to the customer within no more than 30 days

Please note, Munyon Canyon Ltd. will not be liable to any player who knowingly attempts to engage in fraud to open new user accounts (or otherwise circumvent our Responsible Social Gaming tools) by registering and/or logging on to our platform using different methods including, but not limited to, using different email addresses or using false name. Shuffle.us is committed to protecting minors by actively taking steps to exclude minors from using our platform. Our services are designed to appeal to and be used by persons who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. To this end, the Company reserves the right to ask for proof of identity, and in the case of a customer who has not reached the legal age to play, deny access or delete a pre-existing account.
